Usage of Nutri West Complete Omega-3 Essentials 2:1:
You take 1 capsule twice a day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take during a meal with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Do not use in combination with blood thinners such as warfarin and aspirin.
