For MG 100 Natural, Nutramin chooses to use a natural form of magnesium derived from Lithothamnium, a red algae. Lithothamnium is a source of natural minerals. It is not only rich in calcium and magnesium but also contains approximately 70 trace elements. Partly because it is natural and plant-based, it is excellently absorbed by the body!
