Application of Orthica Magnesium-55:
Magnesium is involved in the body's energy metabolism, nerve impulse transmission, and proper muscle function. Magnesium is also beneficial for the skeleton.Orthica Magnesium 55 contains a maintenance dose of organically bound magnesium.
The small tablet makes this product suitable for people who have difficulty swallowing, such as the elderly and children.
Organically bound magnesium is easily digestible and therefore particularly suitable for the elderly.
Composition of Orthica Magnesium-55:
4 tablets contain:Magnesium (-citrate) 220 mg
Vitamine B1 (thiamine HCl) 4 mg
Vitamine B2 (riboflavine) 4,8 mg
Niacinamide (vitamine B3) 40 mg
Pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate) (vitamin B5) 10 mg
Folic acid (vitamin B11)80 mcg

Magnesium citrate, bulking agent (dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose), rapeseed oil, anti-caking agent (tricalcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide) Ascophyllum nodosum extract, vitamins.This product is free from: yeast, sucrose, synthetic preservatives, synthetic colours, fragrances and flavours.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of Orthica Magnesium-55:
The recommended dosage is 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. The maximum dosage is 4 tablets per day.Preferably take during or after a meal.
