Payment
Your order will be shipped once payment has been received. We offer maney methods of payment. Because of the automatic processing of the payment options (iDeal, PayPal, MisterCash (Bancontact), Sofortbanking, Giropay), these options share the benefit that we can process your order immediately. Do you like to pay after delivery, then we could advise you Klarna. If you'd like to pay by "Bank Transfer", you've to be informed that this could take one or two days extra delivery time.
 | iDeal: iDEAL is a simple, fast and secure internet payment method based upon internet banking. When paying with iDEAL, you are directed via a secure connection to your internet bank account at your financial institution. There you log in and confirm the payment with a TAN or using your Random Reader or Digipas. There is no need to register an account or to download files. iDEAL is being supported by ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot Bankiers.  | Klarna: Ensuring you always receive what you ordered and you never need to pay for something you haven’t got your hands on yet. After forwarding your order Klarna send you the invoice. With Klarna, you always have at least 14 days to pay for your order. The costs for Klarna as a paymentmethod for your order are 1,95 euro. |
| Bank Transfer | Bank Transfer: You can transfer the order amount to bank account number NL77 RABO 0187 4881 26, made out to Gezondheid aan huis in Ede. After placing the order you will receive an order confirmation containing all payment details. In case we do not receive payment within 21 days your order will be cancelled. |
 | Shipping: Our partner to facilitate the delivery of your orders is PostNL. Orders will usually be shipped with “Signed For” service. This means that the order can only be delivered to the address you provided. The package also needs to be signed for by a resident of the address provided. It is also possible to disable the "Signed for" Service. If no one is present at the time of delivery, PostNL Parcel Service leaves a message where you can pick up your package. You then have the option to collect it for one week. Upon shipping your parcel we will send you an E-mail with the bar code of the shipment. With this bar code you can track the status of the delivery at www.tracktrace.nl. In case you do not receive such an E-mail you can also check the status of your shipment by logging in to your account on our website and check under the “My Orders” menu. |
Shipping charges and delivery time for orders within The Netherlands
Your order will be shipped according to the delivery time indicated on our website, as displayed per product and in your shopping basket. When we are not able to deliver your order within this time period you will of course be updated on the status of your order by E-mail or phone. The minimum order amount to be eligible for free shipping is € 45. For orders below € 45 we charge a shipping fee of € 4,95. Your order will always be packaged discreetly!

Shipping charges and delivery time for orders outside The Netherlands
For orders with a destination outside The Netherlands (within Europe) the following shipping charges apply. In the event of absence at the time of delivery, the package is usually delivered to a local collection office.
