30% Magnesium chloride, aqua, hydroxy-propyl starch phosphate (natural corn starch).Usage of Zechsal Magnesium Gel:
Use the gel as needed for skin complaints. It can also be used to maintain magnesium balance, instead of magnesium oil.Because of its gel form, it's a bit easier to massage. The gel feels slightly sticky and absorbs largely into the skin. After applying, leave it on for at least fifteen minutes, then rinse.
Zechsal gel is also used for compresses. Apply to the painful area (e.g., knee, neck, shoulder) and wrap warmly. Let it sit for at least fifteen minutes, then pat or rinse off with lukewarm water.
Tip: Warm skin significantly enhances absorption. Avoid contact with your eyes or open wounds, as this may cause a stinging sensation.
