Usage of SFI Health Equazen Jelly:
The following applies to both children aged 3 years and over and to adults:Starting dose during the first 3 months*: 1 jelly twice a day with a meal.
Maintenance dose: 1 jelly with a meal.
*To replenish the body's stores, it is necessary to start with a higher dosage during the first 3 months.
