You take 5-20 drops per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Do not use during pregnancy.
- Cascara sagrada has a laxative effect and can be too strong for children in high doses or with prolonged use.
- Echinacea contains sugars in the cell membrane against which the body can build up resistance. Some believe that the immune system should not be constantly stimulated and therefore advise against using the product continuously (for example, 8 weeks on, 1 week off).
- High doses of garlic should not be taken in combination with anticoagulants (small amounts are used in this synergistic formula).
