Fittergy B-Complex Active and Complete is a high-dose and complete vitamin B complex, containing various B vitamins in a balanced ratio. We use only biologically active B vitamins in our B complex. This means the body can absorb them easily and directly, without first having to convert them into their active form.This way, you'll get the most out of all the nutrients in this supplement. This complex also contains the B-vitamin-related substances choline, PABA, and inositol.
