Usage of Porto Muinos Agar Agar Biologisch:
For food use as a gelling agent, thickener, and stabilizer. Gelling and stabilizing in jam, jelly, juices, compotes, cakes, custard, yogurt, curd, etc. Thickener, in low concentration, in custard, ice cream, mayonnaise, and other sauces.Prior preparation is required in three steps: Dissolve in warm water and boil while stirring vigorously until completely dissolved. Gel formation occurs upon cooling and it retains its texture at room temperature. Very soft texture 0.8 grams / 500 ml. Soft texture 1.5 grams / 500 ml. Hard texture 5 grams / 500 ml. Very hard texture 7 grams / 500 ml. Results based on tests conducted by PORTO-MUIÑOS. We recommend that every user conduct their own tests and verify their specific results.
For daily use, the recommended maximum dosage is approximately 5 grams of dried seaweed per day.
