Golden Naturals Ashwagandha KSM-66® contains the branded ingredient Ashwagandha KSM-66®, the world’s finest available Ashwagandha extract. This is because it consists exclusively of the roots of the Withania somnifera plant. Usage of Golden Naturals Ashwagandha KSM-66:
Take 1 to 2 capsules once a day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take with water before or during a meal.
