Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is an herb native to India, Central and South Asia, and parts of Africa. The Ayurvedic tradition has known the use of ashwagandha for over 4,000 years, but it is less well-known in Western countries. Recently, science has underscored ashwagandha's traditional uses.The active ingredients in Ashwagandha root extract are uplifting*, help with stressful situations*, and support mental resilience*. Golden Naturals Ashwagandha KSM-66® contains the branded ingredient Ashwagandha KSM-66®, the world’s finest available Ashwagandha extract. This is because it consists exclusively of the roots of the Withania somnifera plant. Ashwagandha KSM-66® contains all the components of the original herb in equal measure, without excess of any of the active ingredients. This is important because all components must be present in their natural proportions for optimal effect.

- standardized to 5% withanolides 30 mg
Bioperine® (piper nigrum L. extract) 3 mg
Ingredients of Golden Naturals Ashwagandha KSM-66:
Ashwagandha (washed in MILK), thickener (cellulose as capsule shell), filler(microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (vegetable magnesium stearate, talc), BioPerine® (Piper nigrum L. extract).
Free from: gluten, shellfish, egg, fish, peanuts, nuts, soy, sugar, yeast, preservatives, artificial colours, flavours and fragrances.
Allergen information: contains milk.
This product is suitable for vegetarians.
Usage of Golden Naturals Ashwagandha KSM-66:
Take 1 to 2 capsules once a day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take with water before or during a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
