Oily fish is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. Golden Naturals Fish Oil capsules contain pure, high-quality fish oil derived from anchovies from the North Pacific Ocean, sustainably caught under controlled conditions.Golden Naturals Fish Oil EPA 33% / DHA 22% is rich in omega-3 fatty acids with a generous dose of EPA and DHA. It also contains vitamin E. DHA and EPA have a beneficial effect on the heart, and DHA is also good for vision and the brain. These beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.

Each capsule contains:Fish oil concentrate (with omega-3 fatty acids) 1000 mg
of which:
- EPA 33% (eicosapentaeenzuur) 295 mg
- DHA 22% (docosohexaenoic acid) 200 mg
Vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate) (44 IU) 10 mg

Fish oil (fish), bovine gelatin (capsule shell), gelling agent (glycerin), water, vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate).This product is free from: Egg, gluten-containing grains, lupine, milk, mustard, nuts, peanuts, crustaceans and molluscs, celery, sesame seeds, soy, sulphites.
Usage of Golden Naturals Visolie 33% EPA & 22% DHA Voordeelpot:
Take 1 capsule 3 times a day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take during a meal with sufficient water.
This recommended amount can also be taken all at once. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 1 capsule per day.
Tip!
For children aged 3 to 12 years, you can also choose to squeeze out 1 capsule and mix it with fruit juice.
