Inositols are sugar alcohols related to the vitamin B complex. There are a total of 9 different types of inositol, of which myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol are the most important. Natural power of Berberine

With 400 mcg of active folate, Pocosyl immediately provides the recommended amount of folic acid needed for women who wish to become pregnant. Additionally, betaine has been added. Betaine is also known as trimethylglycine and, as its name suggests, possesses easily transferable methyl groups.
