The Multi Night Man 50+ is specially formulated for nighttime needs. After age 50, you benefit from different nutrients than in your younger years. Use of Vitakruid Multi Nacht Man 50+:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably in the evening, 2 hours before going to sleep, with sufficient water.
