Elke Dag Basis is a carefully designed multivitamin intended for young people who are healthy and lead a healthy lifestyle, as a basic dietary supplement. In its composition—just like with all multivitamins in the Elke Dag series—highly absorbable substances and forms of compounds were selected, in responsible, balanced dosages. For each nutrient, the average intake of young people and young adults was taken into account, as well as the estimated daily requirements to support or promote optimal health. Very recent data and the latest insights were used in this process.✓Basic supplement for adolescents and young adults without special additives.

The composition of Elke Dag Basis has recently been revised based on new scientific insights, the latest food consumption surveys, and regulatory developments. The dosage of some vitamins and minerals has been adjusted accordingly. Vitamin B6 and Manganese are no longer included in this formula.

Minerals (calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, molybdenum, selenium, copper, iodine), choline bitartrate, vitamins (C, E, B3, B5, D3, K2, B2, B1, A, K1, folate, biotin, B12), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose [cellulose gel]), rapeseed oil (Brassica napus), thickener (hydroxypropylcellulose), anti-caking agents (calcium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), glazing agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerol), beta-carotene.This product is free from: Gluten, lactose, soy, GMOs, preservatives, and synthetic fragrances, colors, and flavors.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of Vitals Elke Dag Basis:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
This food supplement is not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
The Vitamin K in this product makes it unsuitable for concomitant use with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and fenprocoumon). These medicines are also known as Vitamin K antagonists, and their effectiveness is reduced by the intake of Vitamin K from food and supplements.
