Application of Swiss Point of Care Cholesterol 3-in-1 Control Solution :
The Mission® cholesterol control solution is intended for the validation of cholesterol tests using the Mission® Cholesterol Monitor System. The control solution contains stabilizers, preservatives, and added chemicals. There is one control solution containing both high-density lipoprotein (HDL) and triglycerides (TRIG). There is a separate control solution withTotal cholesterol (CHOL). The control solution is applied to the indentation in the Mission® cholesterol test strip, which has already been inserted into the meter. The result on the display confirms whether the test strip and the meter are working together correctly and whether the test is being performed properly. The control solution is available in two concentrations and is ready for use to measure CHOL, HDL, and TRIG levels. The solution is intended for self-testing and professional use.
