Magnesium contributes to mental resilience and reduction of fatigue.Orthica Magnesium Plus combines the positive properties of organically bound magnesium glycerophosphate with the Ayurvedic tonic Ashwagandha.
Ashwagandha has been used as an Ayurvedic herb for thousands of years and is also called 'Indian ginseng'.
Both magnesium and ashwagandha are beneficial for good mental balance. They also support normal concentration and memory.
Ashwagandha contributes to mental relaxation because it boosts resistance to stress. The ashwagandha in Magnesium Plus makes it particularly suitable for use in stressful situations.
The product is supplied in capsules and can therefore also be used as a powder.
Composition of Orthica Magnesium Plus:
2 capsules (daily dose) contain:Magnesium (-glycerofosfaat) 150 mg
Withania Somniferaextract (ashwagandha) (2,5% withanolides) 150 mg
Ingredients of Orthica Magnesium Plus:
Magnesium glycerophosphate, bovine gelatin, Withania Somnifera extract, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose).This product is free from: yeast, sucrose, synthetic preservatives, synthetic colours, fragrances and flavours.
Usage of Orthica Magnesium Plus:
The recommended dose is 2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. Best taken with or after a meal.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Ashwagandha Warning:
Use during pregnancy (wish) or breastfeeding is not recommended.
