As a hair mask:Apply 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seed oil to dry or damp hair, from the mid-lengths to the ends. Leave it on for 30 to 60 minutes and then rinse it out with a mild shampoo.
Intensive mask:
