- standardized to at least 33% andrographolides 140 mg
Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) berry extract
- standardized to at least 13% anthocyanins 140 mg
Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) 30 mg
Zinc (zinc bisglycinate) 2.5 mg

Indian gentian, elderberry, capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), filler (microcrystalline cellulose), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C: 30 mg), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide), zinc bisglycinate (zinc: 2.5 mg).Use of Nutrisan RespiCalm Instant:
You take 2 capsules 1 to 3 times a day for one week, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take between meals, with plenty of water.
From 6 years: take 1 to 2 capsules (depending on age) per day between meals, for no longer than one week.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
