Usage of Metagenics MetaClear:
You take 2 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening during or after a meal with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
The maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy (or trying to conceive), or breastfeeding.
Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, but they can be a good addition.
