Melatonin plays a key role in falling asleep. This hormone regulates our circadian rhythm. During the day, light suppresses melatonin production, while in the evening, melatonin production increases (from the pineal gland in the brain). Our bodies produce a large portion of melatonin itself; the contribution from food is minimal.The sleep hormone can also be produced from tryptophan. The body converts tryptophan into 5-HTP, which in turn is converted into serotonin. Serotonin can then be converted into melatonin. This conversion process requires various cofactors, such as magnesium, B vitamins, zinc, calcium, and amino acids. Foods rich in tryptophan generally also contain these supporting substances. Incidentally, melatonin is not included in SleepComplex.

Take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Take with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
The maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy (or when trying to conceive), or breastfeeding.
