Application of Orthica GLA & EPA:
Our diet doesn't always contain enough omega-3 fatty acids. The Health Council recommends 450 mg of fish oil (EPA and DHA) per day, which is equivalent to two servings of fish per week, one of which should be oily fish.Orthica GLA & EPA provides omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids from evening primrose (borage) and fish oil.
The fish oil can be combined well with any Multi.
Composition of Orthica GLA & EPA:
2 softgels (is daily dose) contain:Fish oil (with omega-3 fatty acids) 280 mg
- EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) (18% relative fatty acid percentage) 42 mg
- DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) (12% relative fatty acid percentage) 28 mg
Herbs - plants (ingredients):
Borago officinalis oil (borage) (with omega-6 fatty acids) 360 mg
- GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) (22% relative fatty acid percentage) 72 mg
Vitamins:
Natural tocopherol mix 5 mg
consisting of:
- D-alpha-tocopherol
- D-beta-tocopherol
- D-gamma-tocopherol
- D-delta-tocopherol

Borago officinalis oil, fish oil, gelatin, gelling agent (glycerine), thickener (pectin), tocopherol mix, calcium chloride.This product is free from: Gluten, lactose, soy protein, yeast, sucrose, synthetic preservatives, synthetic colours, fragrances and flavours.
Usage of Orthica GLA & EPA:
The recommended dose is two softgels per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. The maintenance dose is one softgel per day.Preferably take during or after a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
