Usage of Pharma Nord Bio-Omega 7:
For the first two weeks, take 2 capsules twice daily, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.After that, take 1 capsule twice daily.
Preferably take during a meal with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
