Quercus Omega 3 EPA & DHA contains a very high dose of polyunsaturated Omega 3 fatty acids, derived from sustainably caught fish and processed gently. With EPA (48%) and DHA (32%) in their natural ratio of 1.5/1 and in the form of r-Triglycerides, maximum effectiveness and absorption are guaranteed. rTGs, or re-esterified Triglycerides, consist of 85% EPA and DHA, approximate the natural structure of fish oil more closely than ethyl esters, and contain no undesirably high amounts of saturated fats. This complex contributes to normal brain function** and normal vision** thanks to the presence of DHA, allowing you to focus on your daily tasks with confidence. Furthermore, EPA and DHA contribute to maintaining normal heart function and blood pressure*. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells against free radicals.*The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA + DHA (1 capsule).

You take 1 capsule per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take during a meal with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
