Composition of Bonusan Valeriana-Melissa Extract:
Each 2 capsules (= daily dose) contain:True valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis radix), standardized to a minimum of 0.8% valerenic acid 320 mg
Lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis folia, Zensera™), standardized to 14–25% hydroxycinnamic acid derivatives and 7–15% rosmarinic acid 160 mg

Valeriana officinalis, Melissa officinalis, capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (fatty acid esters of ascorbic acid).Usage of Bonusan Valeriana-Melissa Extract:
You take 2 capsules daily 30 minutes before going to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.For daytime use: Take one capsule twice daily during or immediately after a meal. Preferably take with plenty of water.
The capsule may be opened in case of difficulty swallowing.
