Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel)), valerian (Valeriana officinalis), capsule shell (cellulose (HPMC)), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).Usage of Bonusan Valeriana-Melissa Extract:
Take 2 capsules 30 to 45 minutes before going to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Or take 1 capsule 1 to 4 times daily during or immediately after a meal.
The capsule may be opened in case of difficulty swallowing.
Preferably take with plenty of water.
