- 10:1 extract equal to 250 mg

Bulking Agents (Dicium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose), California Poppy, Anti-caking Agents (Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids, Medium Chain Triglycerides), Thickener (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose).Use of Lucovitaal Slaapmutsje:
Take 1 tablet 30 to 45 minutes before bedtime, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Take the tablet preferably at a fixed time with sufficient water.
It is recommended to take a break of 3 to 5 days after 6 weeks.
