General information:
Biotin is also known as vitamin B8 or Vitamin H. The name Vitamin H comes from the past when it was believed that Biotin was only important for your Hair and Skin. Now people know that Biotin is important for the production of Keratin. Keratin is found in your hair, skin and nails, among other things. Gloominess, skin problems and fatigue, among others, are associated with lack of Biotin. Dietary sources of Biotin are nuts, beans, grains rice and liver.
