Orthica Bone Complex is a comprehensive formula: it contains not only Calcium and Magnesium, but also Manganese, Zinc, and Vitamins D3 and K2, all of which play a role in bone formation. Furthermore, it contains Silica from bamboo. Vitamin D3 supports the absorption of Calcium from food. Vitamin K supports the absorption of Calcium into the bones.Orthica Bone Complex contains 300 mg Calcium (from marine algae Lithothamnion sp., Aquamin® TG), 25 mcg Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), and 180 mcg Vitamin K2 (K2 Vital®) per daily dose. With the trace elements Copper, Manganese, Selenium, and Boron. Bone Complex can be used as a dietary supplement, but is also suitable for people over 50 and women from the menopause years onwards. Bone Complex combines well with Orthica D-25 for extra Vitamin D that not only promotes the absorption of calcium in the bones, but also contributes to good immunity.
Aquamin® TG is calcium from a natural mineral source.

Usage of Orthica Bot Complex:
