Orthica Bone Complex is a comprehensive formula: it contains not only calcium and magnesium, but also manganese, zinc, and vitamins D3 and K2, all of which play a role in bone formation. It also contains silica from bamboo. Vitamin D3 supports the absorption of calcium from food. Vitamin K supports calcium absorption in the bones.Orthica Bone Complex contains 300 mg calcium (from seaweed Lithothamnion sp., Aquamin® TG), 25 mcg vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and 180 mcg vitamin K2 (K2 Vital®) per daily dose. With the trace elements copper, manganese, selenium and boron. Bone Complex can be used as a dietary supplement, but is also suitable for people over 50 and women from menopause onwards. Bone Complex combines well with Orthica D-25 for extra vitamin D, which not only promotes calcium absorption in the bones, but also helps to maintain good resistance.
