Magnesium oxide (hydroxide & oxide), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), bulking agents: cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, zinc citrate, tablet coating (calcium carbonate & isomalt, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agents (stearic acid, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids), humectant (crosslinked cellulose gum), thiamine mononitrate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCL), niacin (nicotinamide), copper gluconate, chromium picolinate.This product is free from: Wheat, gluten, barley, soy, eggs, milk and dairy products, lactose, nuts, sulfites, celery, fish, shellfish, and yeast.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of Lamberts Chromium Complex:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
