Composition of Valdispert Slaap & Focus:
Each tablet contains (=daily dose):Lemon balm extract 80 mg
Passionflower extract 150 mg
Ginkgo extract 80 mg
Zinc 3 mg
Melatonin 0.29 mg
Ingredients of Valdispert Slaap & Focus:
Stabilizers (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, sodium alginate, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone), bulking agents (cellulose, calcium phosphates), dry extract of passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L., above-ground parts with flowers), dry extract of lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., leaves), dry extract of ginkgo biloba (Ginkgo biloba L., leaves), thickener (xanthan gum), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), colorants (copper complexes of chlorophyllins, iron oxides and hydroxides), zinc oxide, melatonin.Use of Valdispert Slaap & Focus:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take 30 minutes before going to sleep with plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
