Valdispert Relax & Fit Advanced contains a carefully formulated combination of Passionflower, Valerian, Vitamin B11, Vitamin B12, and Vitamin C.Thanks to Dual Release technology, the ingredients are released in two phases:
Layer 1: Passionflower and Vitamin C are released within 30 minutes.
Layer 2: Valerian, Vitamin B11, and Vitamin B12 are gradually released over up to 8 hours.

Stabilizers (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, sodium alginate, mannitol, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, cross-linked cellulose gum, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone), bulking agents (cellulose (crystalline), calcium hydrogen phosphate), valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis L.), passionflower extract (Passiflora incarnata L.), ascorbic acid, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), thickener (xanthan gum), colorant: copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins, cyanocobalamin, maltodextrin, pteroylmonoglutamic acid.Use of Valdispert Relax & Fit Advanced:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take in the morning with plenty of water.
