Each tablet contains:Melatonin 5 mg
Ingredients of Shiepz Melatonine 5 mg :
Melatonin, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, anhydrous colloidal silicon dioxide and pregelatinized starch.Use of Shiepz Melatonine 5 mg :
One tablet daily for a maximum of 4 days.The first dose should be taken upon arrival at the destination at your usual bedtime (local time). The dose on subsequent days should also be taken at your usual bedtime. It is important that melatonin is taken at the correct time.
If you take the tablet at the wrong time, melatonin can cause drowsiness and delay adjustment to the local time. Therefore, the tablets should not be taken before 8:00 PM and after 4:00 AM. The tablets should be swallowed with a glass of water.
The advice is not to eat anything 2 hours before and 2 hours after the scheduled time of taking melatonin. Contact a doctor if the symptoms do not improve or worsen within 6 days. You can divide the 5 mg tablet into equal doses.
