Calcium (calcium carbonate and dicalcium phosphate), magnesium oxide, bulking agents (cellulose and hydroxypropyl cellulose), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), potassium chloride, iron (ferrous fumarate), tablet coating (glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polydextrose & calcium carbonate, colorant: iron oxide), niacin (nicotinamide), humectant (crosslinked cellulose gum), anti-caking agents (stearic acid and magnesium salts of fatty acids), zinc oxide, vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol), pantothenic acid (calcium pantothenate), vitamin A acetate*, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)*, silicon (silicon dioxide), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, copper sulfate, chromium chloride, vitamin K1 (phylloquinone), manganese sulfate, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), folic acid, potassium iodide, sodium selenite, biotin.Usage of Lamberts A-Z Multivitamins & Minerals:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.

Warnings :
