This all-in-one bone formula contains relevant amounts of calcium, magnesium, and vitamins D and K, which contribute to the maintenance of healthy bones.Composition of Lamberts Osteoguard:
Each tablet contains:Vitamin D3 200 IE / 5 mcg
Vitamin K1 38 mcg
Calcium 500 mg
Magnesium 125 mg
Borium 1,5 mg
Ingredients of Lamberts Osteoguard:
Calcium carbonate, bulking agent (cellulose), magnesium oxide, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, stearic acid & magnesium salts of fatty acids), humectant (crosslinked cellulose gum), tablet coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerol), boron (sodium borate), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol and antioxidant: d-alpha-tocopherol), vitamin K1 (phylloquinone).This product is free from: Wheat, gluten, barley, soy, eggs, milk and dairy products, lactose, nuts, sulfites, celery, fish, shellfish, and yeast.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of Lamberts Osteoguard:
You take 1 to 2 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Contains vitamin K. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if used concurrently with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as warfarin, acenocoumarol, and fenprocoumon).
