This product is free from: Wheat, gluten, barley, soy, eggs, milk and dairy products, lactose, nuts, sulfites, celery, fish, shellfish, and yeast.

Usage of Lamberts Zincatest:
As a dietary supplement:Take one spoon (5 ml) daily with a meal or as prescribed by your doctor.
If desired, you can dissolve it in water or orange juice.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
As a taste test (determining zinc status)
Take 5 ml of Zincatest at least one hour after eating or drinking, stir it into 60 ml of water, and immediately afterwards rinse 5 ml of the diluted mixture in your mouth for 10 seconds (then swallow or spit out). Prepare a fresh mixture each time you perform a test. The taste sensation resulting from this test provides an indication of zinc status.

2. Moderately negative or low - a dry, hairy, mineral-like, sweet taste
3. Moderately positive - distinct taste that becomes increasingly stronger
4. Positive - immediately a strong, unpleasant taste
At taste sensation 1 or 2, continue with the recommended daily use of Zincatest or another zinc supplement until taste sensation 3 or 4 is experienced. Three to six months of supplementation may be necessary.
