Usage of Lamberts Multi-Guard 50+ Advance:
You take 1 tablet daily with a meal, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Warning:
Not suitable for children up to and including 17 years of age.
This product contains iron which, if taken in high doses, can be harmful to very young children.
