The ideal way to take vitamin C is in small amounts, continuously throughout the entire 24 hours. As you may know, however, this is practically impossible. To solve this problem, Lamberts® has developed sustained-release vitamin C tablets.These tablets are produced using a specialized process in which the nutrients are processed into microspheres, allowing them to be released gradually after ingestion. In this way, a constant and continuous absorption of vitamin C is achieved, which lasts for approximately 6 to 8 hours.
Composition of Lamberts Vitamin C 1000 mg Time Release with Bioflavonoids:
Each tablet contains:Vitamin C 1000 mg
Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex 50 mg
Rosehip extract (as 4:1) 50 mg
Ingredients of Lamberts Vitamin C 1000 mg Time Release with Bioflavonoids:
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, dicalcium phosphate, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate and stearic acid), citrus bioflavonoid complex, tablet coating (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glazing agents: polydextrose and calcium carbonate, colorant: iron oxides), cellulose, rosehip extract (Rosa canina L.).Allergen information:
Contains Citrus.

Usage of Lamberts Vitamin C 1000 mg Time Release with Bioflavonoids:
You take 1 tablet every 6 hours, up to a maximum of 2 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
A daily intake of more than 1000 mg of vitamin C can cause mild gastrointestinal discomfort.
