This dietary supplement contains 100 mg of alpha-lipoic acid per capsule.Alpha-lipoic acid is a sulfur-containing fatty acid. The fatty acid is soluble in both fat and water. Alpha-lipoic acid is found naturally in organ meats such as the kidney, heart, and liver. To a lesser extent, alpha-lipoic acid is also found in peas, spinach, broccoli, and tomatoes.

2 capsules (daily dose) contain:Alfa-liponzuur 200 mg
Ingredients of Orthica Alfa-Liponzuur:
Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), alpha-lipoic acid, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule), antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate).Contains no yeast, sucrose, synthetic preservatives, synthetic colors, flavors, or fragrances.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of Orthica Alfa-Liponzuur:
You take 2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take during or after a meal with plenty of water.
The maximum dosage is 6 capsules per day for a short period.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
