Vitamin B12 methylcobalamin in a convenient cherry-flavored spray. Each spray contains 1000 mcg of Vitamin B12 in the active form, methylcobalamin. Spraying against the inside of the cheek or under the tongue ensures optimal absorption through the oral mucosa. One package contains approximately 140 sprays of 1000 mcg.We obtain vitamin B12 through our diet from products of natural origin such as meat, fish, dairy, and eggs. Vegans are therefore always advised to take extra vitamin B12. Because the function of vitamin B12 is so dependent on the functioning of the stomach, there is a large group of people who do not have sufficient vitamin B12 in their bodies.
