Magnesium tricitrate, Calcium diphosphate, Potassium chloride, citric acid (acidity regulator), malic acid (acidity regulator), Celtic sea salt, natural lemon flavour, natural flavour, steviol glycosides of stevia (sweetener), Zinc bisglycinate.Usage of Mattisson Elektrolyten Poeder Lemon Mint:
Dissolve 1 teaspoon (approx. 5 grams) in 250 ml of cold water, juice, or shake. For intense exercise, the dosage can be increased to 2 teaspoons (approx. 10 grams) in 500 ml. Magnesium can have a laxative effect; in that case, the dosage can be halved.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
