Lamberts Vitamin B100 complex is a high-dose, comprehensive complex of the important group of B vitamins. The concentrations of the substances Inositol and the “brain food” choline are also both high. This product is usually used for a short period (2 months), after which one continues with the Vitamin B50 complex.Composition of Lamberts Vitamin B100 Complex:

Ingredients of Lamberts Vitamin B100 Complex:
Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, thiamine mononitrate, pantothenic acid (calcium pantothenate), inositol, riboflavin, niacin (nicotinamide), choline bitartrate, HP cellulose, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, stearic acid, magnesium stearate), paraaminobenzoic acid, crosslinked cellulose gum, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), tablet coating (HP methylcellulose, glycerin), folic acid, vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), biotin.Allergen information:
This product is free from: Wheat, gluten, barley, soy, eggs, milk and dairy products, lactose, nuts, sulfites, celery, fish, shellfish, and yeast.

Usage of Lamberts Vitamin B100 Complex:
You take 1 tablet per day with a meal, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Ingestion of this product may sometimes lead to a (dark) yellow discoloration of the urine. This is harmless and indicates that the body has absorbed the vitamin well and is excreting an excess of vitamin B2 (riboflavin).
