BioVitaal Vitamin K+ Complex contains the natural forms of Vitamin K1 (phylloquinone or phytomenadione) and Vitamin K2 (menaquinone, MK7).Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting. Vitamin K2 (MK-7) and Vitamin D contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.

Each tablet contains:Vitamin K2 (as MK-7 from natto, purified) 80 mcg
Vitamine K1 (als phytomenadion/phylloquinon) 50 mcg
Vitamine D3 (cholecalciferol) (400 IE) 10 mcg

The vitamin K2 in this product is derived from a fermented, highly purified Natto extract, but may contain very slight traces of soy.
Usage of VeraSupplements Vitamine K+ Complex:
You take 1-2 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take during a meal with sufficient water.
