Thiamine HCl, calcium pantothenate, niacinamide, ascorbyl palmitate, pyridoxine HCl, riboflavin 5'-phosphate, inositol hexanicotinate, pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, riboflavin, calcium L-methylfolate, methylcobalamin, biotin. Vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).This product is free from: wheat and gluten, eggs, peanuts, trans fats and hydrogenated oils, GMOs, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide, carrageenan, coatings and shellac, artificial colors, flavors and sweeteners, unnecessary binders, fillers and preservatives.
Usage of Pure Encapsulations B Complex Plus:
You take 1-4 capsules spread throughout the day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take during a meal, with sufficient water.
