B Complex Plus from Pure Encapsulations is a complete blend of B vitamins.B vitamins are abundant in animal products such as meat, dairy, and eggs. They are also found in some fruits and vegetables, avocados, nuts, and fortified breakfast cereals. People who follow a plant-based or vegan diet are more likely to have a deficiency in B vitamins, particularly vitamin B12.
Composition of Pure Encapsulations B Complex Plus :
Each capsule contains:Vitamine B1 (als thiamine HCl) 100 mg
Vitamin B2 (as 60% riboflavin 5'-phosphate (activated B2) and riboflavin) 12.7 mg
Niacin (as niacinamide and 8% inositol hexaniacinate (niacin without hot flashes)) 108 mg
Pantothenic acid (as calcium pantothenate) 100 mg

Thiamine HCl, calcium pantothenate, niacinamide, ascorbyl palmitate, pyridoxine HCl, riboflavin 5'-phosphate, inositol hexanicotinate, pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, riboflavin, calcium L-methylfolate, methylcobalamin, biotin. Vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).This product is free from: wheat and gluten, eggs, peanuts, trans fats and hydrogenated oils, GMOs, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide, carrageenan, coatings and shellac, artificial colors, flavors and sweeteners, unnecessary binders, fillers and preservatives.
Usage of Pure Encapsulations B Complex Plus :
You take 1-2 capsules spread throughout the day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take during a meal, with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
