Use 1 sachet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably during breakfast. Take immediately or mix into yogurt, muesli, or a smoothie.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warnings:
For adults only. Pregnant women: do not exceed the recommended amount of vitamin A. Not suitable for persons being treated with coumarin anticoagulants. Excessive use may have a laxative effect.
