Mattisson Multi Magnesium capsules are a blend of 5 different forms of magnesium: Magnesium Citrate, Malate, Taurate, Bisglycinate, and Aquamin® Magnesium. This product contains 200 mg of elemental magnesium, or 54% of the RDI, per serving of two capsules.Magnesium is a mineral required for many processes in the body. It contributes to normal muscle function, plays a role in nerve impulse transmission, and is involved in memory and concentration.
Magnesium deficiency is becoming increasingly common nowadays. Stress can play a role in this, as the body uses a lot of magnesium during times of stress. There are also medications that lower magnesium levels. Symptoms associated with a magnesium deficiency include cramps, fatigue, constipation, anxiety, and restlessness.
The magnesium variants in this product are organically bound forms of magnesium, which are absorbed more easily than inorganically bound forms of magnesium due to their high bioavailability. Usage of Mattisson Multi Magnesium 200 mg Vegan:
