Berberine & Chromium Optima combines berberine from plant extract with Chromium in one carefully formulated formula.Berberine is a bioactive substance that occurs naturally in various plants, including species of the Berberis genus. For supplement applications, Berberine is extracted from plant extracts, where quality depends heavily on origin, extraction method, and purity.
For this formula, Berberine Rebersa was chosen — a high-quality, standardized form of Berberine. Rebersa stands for controlled production, consistent composition, and a high degree of purity. Fittergy is among the few to use Berberine Rebersa in a completely clean label formula, without unnecessary additives or fillers and with maximum transparency in composition.
The Berberine is contained in an MRC capsule (Gastric Acid-Resistant Capsule). This type of capsule has been specially developed to protect the contents from the acidic environment of the stomach. The capsule only dissolves further down the digestive tract, where conditions are more favorable for absorption.
The use of an enteric-coated capsule is unique because it contributes to better stability of the ingredient during digestion and a more controlled release, without burdening the composition with additional excipients.

You take 1-2 capsules 1-3 times daily, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take during a meal with a glass of water.
