Application of Quercus Omega 3 EPA & DHA Vegan :
Quercus Omega 3 Vegan contains polyunsaturated Omega 3 fatty acids DHA (50%) and EPA (20%) from Schizochytrium algae. A sustainable source of Omega 3 thanks to its lower ecological footprint and minimal impact on ocean ecosystems. Our diet provides relatively too much Omega 6 and too little Omega 3. Therefore, supplements with EPA and DHA are recommended. This complex contributes to normal brain function** and normal vision** thanks to the presence of DHA, allowing you to focus on your daily tasks with confidence. Furthermore, EPA and DHA contribute to maintaining normal heart function*. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells against free radicals.*The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA + DHA.

You take 1 capsule per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take during a meal with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
