The Aanstiplotion helps a pimple disappear faster due to its drying effect.It is best not to pick at pimples. Squeezing them only makes it worse. While you do push some sebum out, you also push it deeper into the skin, which exacerbates the inflammation. So, not a good idea. What can you do instead? Dip a cotton swab into the Aanstiplotion and dab it onto the pimple. Thanks to the combination of active ingredients such as Sulfur, Calamine, and Zinc Oxide, the lotion has a drying effect.

Usage of Drs. Leenarts Puistjes Aanstiplotion:
Use the Spot Lotion in the evening on cleansed skin. Shake the lotion well, dip a cotton swab into the bottle, and dab the pimple. Thanks to the zinc oxide, the product leaves behind a pink dot. If you see any residue the next morning, you can remove it with oil. Repeat the application as often as needed.Please note: do not apply the lotion around the eyes. Do not use the Spot Lotion as a preventative measure to avoid pimples: use the lotion only on pimples with a white head.
You can combine the Spot Lotion with the other products from the Oily and Imperfect Skin line: Salicylic Acid 2% Gel, Foaming Facial Cleanser, Day Cream SPF30 for Oily and Imperfect Skin and the Day & Night Cream Oily and Imperfect Skin.
