Usage of New Care Bifido Lacto Complex:
Take 1 sachet per day unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Best before bedtime, or about an hour before or after a meal. Add to half a glass of lukewarm water (100 ml), let it sit for 10 minutes, stir well, and drink.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not use in children under 3 years of age.
